| Making A Purchase We only sell the boxed games listed on this site. To buy them, browse the site and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Credit and Debit cards plus PayPal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship, except using PayPal who take payment at the time of ordering. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. | Shipping And Handling We ship using standard UK postal services. In the UK you can choose from 1st Class, 2nd Class, Standard Parcel (3-5 days) or Next Day Guaranteed Special Delivery services. Outside the UK we use standard Airmail for orders under 2kg. Our shipping, packaging and handling charges are combined, so the price you see when you choose your delivery method is the price you pay - no hidden extras here. DIGITAL DOWNLOAD FILES: Currently we only offer direct Digital Downloads for the Ultimate Murder Mysteries range. Other 'downloads' are processed by the company supplying the games - we link to them and you pay them, not us. Anyway, assuming you bought an Ultimate Murder Mystery from us, paid us, and completed the order, you will get a Receipt page displayed in your browser. Please view your online receipt for the link to your file. It remains available for 48 hours, so PLEASE download within that time. |
